A Zyntello service

Your ERP is not always the problem: sometimes the problem is how it was deployed

We work with Softland, Profit, ODOO and open-source platforms: deployment, customisation, version migration and rescuing projects that stalled halfway.

What it solves

The system is paid for and the company still works in Excel

It is the most common case that reaches us: the licence is paid, the ERP installed, and the real operation lives outside it. It is almost never the software's fault — it was configured without understanding how the company works, nobody was trained, and the reports that were needed never got built.

  • The ERP is installed and people are still on spreadsheets
  • The version is so old it no longer has support
  • Migrating is scary in case the history is lost
  • The reports you actually need are missing
  • Nobody in the company knows how to configure it
  • The original supplier no longer answers

What is included

What you actually get

Migration without stopping the business

We have done it: from Profit 2K8 to 2K12, with zero history lost and without stopping the company. The migration is rehearsed before it is run.

Deployment that starts from how you work

First you understand how the company works; then you configure. The other way round is how you end up with an ERP nobody uses.

The reports that were missing

Crystal Reports, SQL, dashboards. The ERP has the data; often what is missing is the question asked properly.

Rescuing stalled projects

If the previous supplier vanished, we take the system as it is and get it working, without starting from scratch.

Training for the team

An ERP only one person knows how to use is a risk. Training is part of the deployment, not an add-on.

Integration with what you already have

Your ERP talking to your invoicing, your bank or your online shop, instead of to a file someone exports by hand.

How it works

In three steps

  1. Assessment

What you have, how it is configured and what actually gets used.

  2. Plan

What gets fixed, what gets migrated and what stays. With dates.

  3. Delivery and training

It gets deployed, reconciled, and the team that will use it gets trained.

In detail

What you notice using it every day

The migration is rehearsed on a copy

Before touching production it is run end to end on a duplicate and the balances are reconciled. Migrating "live" is how a history gets lost.

The numbers are reconciled before and after

The same figures measured in the old system and in the new one. Without that comparison there is no way to claim the migration went well.

An old unsupported version is a risk

Not because of the features it lacks, but because the day it breaks there is nobody to call and no patch to apply.

Customising has a future cost

Every change to the standard build complicates the next upgrade. It is done when the business requires it, and it is documented.

The data is there, the question is not

Most of the time the missing report can be pulled from what the ERP already stores. Before building anything, we look.

We also deploy our own

If what you have has nothing left to give, the Zyntello SaaS platform is a way out with no licences and no server of your own.

Who it is for

This is for you if…

You have Softland or Profit

And you are not getting half of what you paid for.

Your version is no longer supported

And migrating is scary because of the history.

Your supplier vanished

And the system stayed exactly as it was.

Common questions

Questions

Which ERPs do you work with?

Softland, Profit, ODOO and open-source platforms, plus our own SaaS platform.

Can we migrate without stopping the business?

Yes. We have done it from Profit 2K8 to 2K12 with no downtime and no history lost: the migration is rehearsed on a copy and reconciled before it is run.

What if my previous supplier is gone?

We take the system in whatever state it is in. The assessment says what can be kept and what is better redone.

Do you build the reports that are missing?

Yes, with Crystal Reports, SQL or dashboards. Often the data is already there and what is missing is the query.

Is training included?

Yes, and not as an add-on: an ERP only one person knows how to use is a risk to the company.

Is heavy customisation a good idea?

Only as much as needed. Every change to the standard build complicates the next upgrade, so it is done where the business requires it and left documented.
